The executive search services we offer are based on our understanding of the unique needs of your business, it’s culture and the positions you’re seeking to fill. Every industry has a specific set of demands that businesses must meet, and each position requires a comprehensive skill set that can only be provided by the most qualified candidates. We approach your business with our proven track record of providing talented candidates quickly and cost-effectively. Typical recruiters will often require up to 4 months to help you fill a position, but The Executive Wing aims to complete this process faster and with minimal cost to your organization.

This is made possible by our extensive industry experience, exhaustive and ongoing market research, and state-of-the-art technology. The long-term relationships we’ve developed with our clients and the candidates we provide them are at the core of the results we provide.

There are 6 key components to The Executive Wing search process:

Our process goes beyond the placement of your new employee. Each candidate has the potential to significantly impact the success of your business, so we make sure that you make the right choice by monitoring the progress of each new hire. We guide you through the entire process and make sure that your questions are answered and all of your concerns have been addressed.

We offer a customized fee structure that gives you the flexibility you need when interviewing, screening, and hiring a candidate. We have a standard rate of .25 of the starting salary with a fixed fee minimum of $10,000.

You can also secure a retained search, which requires a deposit of one-third of the total fee paid to us when we begin the search. Once the search is completed, the fee balance is paid.

The following are some additional payment methods we offer our clients:

  • A fixed monthly retainer applied against a fee
  • A standard fixed monthly retainer
  • A fixed monthly retainer with a negotiated performance bonus
  • Multiple assignment pricing

Our executive search services are guaranteed to provide personal service throughout the entire process. You’ll be able to choose from only the best available candidates in the marketplace, and we’ll replace a retained search candidate if he/she leaves your company within the first year regardless of the reason.
