Job Description

Marketing Manager – B2B Growth Strategy (Commercial & Industrial Sector)

Hybrid – Greater Toronto Area | Lubricants & Industrial Solutions

Lead a High-Impact Growth Initiative in the Commercial & Industrial Sector

Our client, a leader in the lubricants and industrial services industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth across their Commercial and Industrial (C&I) portfolio. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, digital-first B2B marketer to take full ownership of a high-potential business segment.

This is not a maintenance role — it’s a chance to shape how a trusted brand delivers value to industries like transportation, construction, agriculture, and industrial operations across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for B2B product and service lines.

  • Create value-based offers tailored to distributor networks and large fleet operators.

  • Launch go-to-market plans that support revenue growth across multiple channels.

  • Partner with sales to create sales enablement tools that support consultative selling.

  • Lead demand generation campaigns using CRM platforms, paid digital media, SEO, and content marketing.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to guide strategy.

  • Drive measurable results across KPIs such as market share growth, lead conversion, and campaign ROI.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B environments — ideally in industrial, automotive, or heavy-duty sectors.

  • Proven success in designing and executing growth strategies that deliver commercial outcomes.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, Google Ads, SEO/SEM).

  • Experience with distributor marketing and/or direct-to-fleet engagement models.

  • A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.

  • Strong business acumen and a collaborative approach to working across teams.

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

Why This Role?

  • You'll own and scale a priority growth segment backed by a trusted industry brand.

  • The company offers a strong foundation and the freedom to innovate.

  • You'll work closely with experienced sales, product, and brand teams to bring solutions to life.

  • Hybrid flexibility and a supportive, high-performance culture.

Role Details

  • Location: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site), Greater Toronto Area.

  • Reporting to: Senior Marketing Leadership.

  • Industry: Lubricants & Industrial Services.

  • Travel: Occasional (industry events, client site visits, field research).
