Our Principals have successfully completed over 2000 client searches including international searches in the U.S., Europe, and Mexico. Since 1986, The Executive Wing’s Principals have consistently raised the bar in executive search by identifying the highest caliber of talent in the marketplace - talent that meets the unique cultural needs and business goals of our clients. As a networked firm, we combine the critical benefits of global reach, local savvy and breadth and depth of industry expertise.

Our Team
Our roots are in hands-on management experience. Our Principals and Associates have held senior management positions with world class companies in a wide variety of industries including: Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturing, Automotive, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Health and Wellness, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Hospitality, Financial and Professional Services, Marketing and Communications, Entertainment and News Services, Publishing and Broadcasting, New Media, Not-for-Profit and Public Sector. Our people bring their passion and experience to market our client opportunities to candidates and have a track record of hiring and building great teams.
Our three seasoned Directors and compliment of 15 people bring a breadth and depth of front line business experience and over 35 years of executive search experience to each client assignment. With considerable experience both as leaders in executive search and in their industries of focus, our consultants have developed extensive personal contacts and an unrivaled network of resources and functional expertise.
Our Search Consultants see their roles as those of Chief Talent Scouts and Relationship Brokers for their clients and candidates with the majority of our new client relationships evolving as a direct result of positive referrals from existing clients and candidates.
